Policies

  • Working Hours

    Remote team members must keep US working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

  • Response Times

    Respond to Slack messages within 1 hour during working hours. Emails within 24 hours.

  • Meeting Attendance

    Join scheduled meetings on time with camera on. Notify the team in advance if you cannot attend.

  • Security

    Use a secure, private network. Enable VPN when accessing company resources. Lock your screen when stepping away.

Expectations

  • Daily Check-In

    Post a brief update in your team's Slack channel each morning with your plan for the day.

  • Time Tracking

    Log your hours accurately each day. Submit timesheets by end of day Friday.

  • Workspace Requirements

    Maintain a reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and proper equipment for video calls.

  • PTO and Availability

    Request time off through the PTO system. Update your calendar and Slack status when unavailable.
