Program Rules
- The 26 remote days per quarter must be planned in advance
- Days may be combined and used at any point within the quarter
- There is no rollover of unused days from one quarter to the next
- Unplanned days due to inclement weather or emergencies do not count against your FWP days
- Days worked remotely for the benefit of the company are not counted against your pool
Remote Work Requirements
When working remotely, you must have:
- A professional work environment suitable for calls and meetings
- Reliable call and video meeting capability
- Proper IT infrastructure including stable internet connection
Goal: The Flexible Workplace Program is designed to provide flexibility to work away from the office while ensuring team members can remain fully productive and responsive during working hours.
