Health Insurance
Black Ink offers health insurance benefits to all full-time employees (FTE) and provides a monthly allowance towards the premium.
Monthly Premium Allowances
Premium allowances as of January 1, 2025:

Waiting Period
The waiting period is 90 days after your hire date. After the waiting period, coverage begins on the 1st of the following month.
Example: If your hire date is March 5th, your health benefit eligibility date is July 1st.
Healthy Healthcare Plans
For 2025, all employees can consult our Healthy Healthcare representative to continue their current plans, or sign up for an insurance plan that works specifically for you and your family.
Healthy Healthcare offers individual plans that are employer-sponsored, which means that Black Ink will provide an allowance towards the cost of your chosen plan.
